• We are able to shear up to .075 or 16 ga carbon steel and .059 or 18 ga stainless.
• Maximum size length is 5 feet

• We are able to roll most metals to the following:
• LARGE – ¼” up to 6 feet
• Med – 14 Ga up to 50″
• Small powered – 20 Ga Perf up to 1 foot

SPOT WELDERS

CIRCLE SHEARS

HOBBING

• We are able to hob up to a max size of 1.375” OD.

CNC SWISS MACHINE
Multi-axis, multi-process screw machining capabilities enable us to meet your needs by providing parts of exemplary quality in a prompt and cost-effective manner.
Capabilities:

• We can accommodate bar widths of .16 mm=.6299″ OD “.
• Production run size is variable on our Swiss machine. This provides us with great versatility, as we can accommodate smaller production runs or we can assist with larger production runs. Our CNC machining allows for ultimate consistency and unmatched quality.
